The Authority is committed to maximizing the benefit of e-participation, and asks users of its channels to observe a set of standards that ensure constructive contributions supporting the development of its work and services.
Goals of E-Participation
- Strengthening the role of investors and beneficiaries of all categories in engaging with and contributing to decision-making and improving service quality.
- Promoting transparency around information relevant to the public, through consultations and surveys and publishing their results.
- Providing clear e-participation channels, with a comprehensive description of each and direct links to access them.
Standards for Publishing Comments and Contributions
- Observing general etiquette and avoiding inappropriate language or expressions.
- Keeping comments and proposals relevant to the topic under discussion.
- Avoiding personal criticism that does not contribute to enriching the idea presented.
- Not publishing personal or sensitive information belonging to the participant or other parties.
