The Authority recognizes the importance of beneficiary participation in improving the quality of its work and services, by contributing constructive opinions and ideas. Consultations on draft regulations, legislation, and regulatory decisions, along with public surveys, take place through the following national e-participation platforms:
Istitlaa Platform (participate in draft regulations)

Tafa'ul Platform
A national platform for gathering public views on government consultations and surveys.

The national controls issued by the Digital Government Authority governing e-participation channels.
